What is the Oprah & Deepak Meditation Challenge? It is a daily meditation program for which you will receive a daily 30-45 minute guided meditation from Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra. Guided means it includes relaxing music and the voice instructions from Oprah and Deepak. 

 How does it work? You sign up for free, again using this link, and you will receive an email every day for 21 days which will include a meditation and a daily written message introducing you to the day’s intention.  Once logged on you will have the ability to journal and interact with other participants on their platform.

    I feel like this betrays the concept of meditation and takes it away from being a personal experience. That’s just my two cents.

    • Thanks FamiGami, What exactly do you think betrays it? Is it the voice or the topic? I’m fairly new to meditation and I would have no idea where to start without the voice. The daily meditations include a voice introduction of the day’s area of focus but the rest is just super relaxing beautiful instrumental music.

    I try to make daily meditation part of my routine. And I really notice the difference when I don’t get it in.

    • When I haven’t had spiritual time or spent time meditation I feel the difference too. Specially in a city like New York where we have so much stress. I am so grateful for this program. It’s nice to have the guidance but also to focus in a area to improve.

  • I have tried meditation before, and I just can’t get into it…or I’m not doing it right. However, I do believe in the power of Law of Attraction..and I see great value in exploring this.
